More Colleges Hear the message

True Love Waits at DMMMSU-MLUC and SLC   It was another activity-filled week as San Fernando Christian Community brought the True Love Waits campaign to the DMMMSU-MLUC Engineering Department and to Saint Louis College. The team shared their hearts and the bible-based principles about waiting for the right time and preserving one's sexual purity.  It was such a blessing to receive such warm and positive  response from the students.  Even in a world where media holds the biggest influence on the young generation, the Truth still prevails.  Dhang Bumachi puts emphasis on the Truth that God and love can never be separated, since He is the True Source. "Everything" by Lifehouse The DMMMSU-MLUC Engineering students  Francis Munar leads the audience in prayer Bright future ahead---as long as we wait on Him. Valentines for Single Filipino Christians

Singles' Valentine's Party Valentine's Day is not just for couples.  No one should be pressured to be in a relationship if the time is not right.  Hence, San Fernando Christian Community celebrated Valentine's Day outside the box.  Everyone got dressed and dolled up and celebrated the benefits of enjoying one's youth and waiting on God's perfect timing.  Tim and Bambi Warden shared their wonderful testimony about waiting on Him and together, they blessed the young ones and declared bright  futures for each of them.   Waiting is much rewarding! True Love Waits- Campus Outreach

Open Doors, Open Hearts   11 February 2014 ( Tue.) We are thanking God for continually opening doors of opportunity to share His Good News.  This year, God opened the doors to more campuses. The first  True Love Waits  campaign for 2014 was held at the Union Christian College.  More than 300+ students consisting of high school juniors & seniors, and college freshmen converged at the Hartland Review Center.  By God's grace, we were able to share the true meaning of love, and that  waiting is much rewarding.  We thank God for the open hearts and minds that received the Truth.  One college freshman, Rizza Cariaga, shares that the True Love Waits has given her more conviction to wait for the right time.  "Nagkaroon po ako ng lakas ng loob na maghintay, huwag magmadali, at higit sa lahat, mahalin muna ang Diyos, at maniwala na si God ang gagawa ng pundasyon para sa akin at sa magiging partner ko."  ( "I was encouraged to wait, to not rush love, and more important

Finishing Strong with David Beebout

A Tuesday Night Full of Fresh Revelations   San Fernando Christian Community is blessed with divine connections. A few weeks ago, a special friend, Jeremiah Kingshipp was the special guest speaker during that weekend's three services.  Last night, February the 4th, we were again blessed with another anointed speaker, Pastor David Beebout. Coming all the way from Tulsa, Oklahoma, David is a missionary traveling to various countries like Costa Rica, Malaysia, and  the Philippines. With each visit to the Philippines, he makes it a point to drop by SFCC and speak his heart to the congregation.  More importantly, he speaks God's heart for the church.  This visit had him imparting fresh revelations about "Finishing Strong" with God's grace.  Beebout's enthusiasm and excitement for what God is planning to do for the church this year was contagious.  Pretty soon, the fever had spread like bush fire throughout the congregation and there were resounding &quo

Life-Changing Encounters with God

Image
The Year of Breakthroughs/ Back-to-Back Victories   God is faithful to His promises. This years's first batch of Encounter participants have experienced overwhelming breakthroughs in their lives.  So many lives changed.  And He did immeasurably more than we asked or imagined (Eph. 3:20).  Even the workers and volunteers who were there for the 2nd. 3rd, or 4th time experienced more breakthroughs.  Everyone learned about the beauty of  redemption, why we must love repentance, how to  travel light and get rid of excess baggage, how to arm oneself with tools for victory, how to accept the Father's love, why purity matters, and how to receive  inner healing,   Jennifer Agcaoili, a young mother, shared that through the Encounter, she was able to forgive those who hurt her  She proudly declared that she has received the best advanced birthday gift---the Holy Spirit.  She discloses that now, she is free to lift up her hands in worship.
